Agile Methodology Course

The Yemen Microfinance Network has launched a new initiative aimed at spreading the Agile methodology among the network’s member microfinance institutions and banks. This initiative aims to develop performance and improve work efficiency by adopting flexible and responsive methods to changes. The initiative also seeks to reduce costs by improving operations and reducing waste. In addition, the initiative aims to develop planning methodologies in line with the digital transformation of financial services in Yemen. In this context, the Yemen Microfinance Network concluded the training course for trainers in project management using the Agile methodology, which is the second training course implemented by the Yemen Microfinance Network using the Agile methodology. The network is considered one of the first entities in Yemen to adopt this modern methodology
