Responsible Finance Training Program

The Yemen Network for Microfinance participated in the training program (Responsible Financing) that was implemented in Jordan during the period from 11 to 18 August 2023, provided as part of the technical support activities, which comes in the context of the grant provided by the German Reconstruction Bank to the Social Fund for Development and implemented through the Swiss BFC. It is expected The outputs of technical support in this component of responsible finance should be represented in improving the conditions of service provided to microfinance clients and owners of small projects, effective management of the complaints system applied in the microfinance sector, activating customer protection standards and transparency in pricing and designing financial products and contracts for clients.
