Human resources workshop

YMN organized a workshop for Human resources for the Microfinance sector that was attended by the SFD and Human resource managers and training officers in members MFIs. The workshop also discussed the impact assessment report on YMN training programs where the key indicators and recommendations of the assessment was presented to the participants.
