YMN organized its General Assembly meeting on the 1st of April 2019 with the attendance of YMN members and Mr. Hameed Maodhah the Director of Unions and NGOs representing the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor.
The GA reviewed the External Auditors reports for the year 2018 and the also the report on the years 2016 – 2019 from YMN Board of Directors and Management. The GA also viewed the Monitoring and Inspection Committee report on the year 2018.
YMN GA also elected YMN new Board of Directors as stated in YMN bylaw and also elected the members of the Monitoring and Inspection Committee.
Following the GA meeting the newly elected Board of Directors held the 1st meeting and elected Mr.Refat Al-Mammari as Chairman, Mr. Ammar al Gadmy as Vice Chairman , Dr. Hammed Al-Amrani as Secretary General and Board Member and Mr.Fawzi Bin Zayla and Ms.Lawza Al-Amody as Board Members.
