Yemen Microfinance Network concluded 10 days training program in the Principles of Microfinance.
The principles of Microfinance is a comprehensive training manual which was developed by YMN to provide intensive and resourceful training for Loan Officer and others who work in the Microfinance sector.
The program includes the following topics:
1- The history of Microfinance
2- Corporate culture
3- Loan officers skills
4- Consumer services and market study
5- Accounting for Non-Accountants
6- Credit cycle
The program was delivered by Ms. Doa’a Althawer who is a certified trainer in Principles of Microfinance who has trained the program several times.
The participants who are from several MFIs expressed the importance of such programs that enhances their skills especially in the field work.
As part of YMN plan to organize several trainings in different areas the Program of Principles of Microfinance will be held on the 26th of February in the city of Aden and will be delivered by the trainer Ms. Nahed Jaffar.
