From August 6 to 15, Yemen Microfinance Network (YMN) conducted the “Principles of Microfinance training program”, which was held for the first time in Hadramout in cooperation with Al Rayan and Hadramuot Microfinance programs.
This program is an important comprehensive program for the microfinance sector, and it includes six main chapters, including the following
- History and trends of microfinance
- Corporate culture
- Loan Officers Skills
- Customer service and market study
- Accounting for non – accountants
- Credit cycle
The trainer/ Duaa Al-Thawr delivered the course for 9 training days for 25 participants from Al Rayan and Hadramuot programs.
During the closing session, the participants expressed the great benefit they received from this program, as the program provided them with important and valuable information that will inevitably be reflected in their performance during their work in the field.
This training program is part of the 2017 training plan implemented by the network that aims at delivering of a number of training programs in different governorates.
