Ali joined the network in mid 2012 as the Capacity Building Executive at YMN, then its Managing Director since 2014. Ali brings over 8 years of professional experience in the commercial sector where he has worked as Country Desk Manager at the Abu Taleb Group for INVESTMENT. As well, as products manager at Reise-Schutz AG, and also work experience in the U.K in the I.T field at Micro Direct. In addition to academic background Business Studies and Finance from Salford Business School in Manchester.
Mr. Abdullah Al Ka’aef joined the YMN as Finance Controller in December 2016
He holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from Sana’a University in 2007. His experience eight years in Jabal Salab Company as Deputy Finance Manager. He also worked as a Certified Expert Accountant for Sana’a Commercial Court for one year.
Mr. Al-Ka’aef got the local CPA in 2014 and became a member ofYemen Association for Public Accountants (YACPA).
He studied the Master of Accounting at University of Science and Technology Yemen (USTY) and currently he is preparing the thesis.
Capacity Building Executive
Mr. Hesham Alhaimi holds an MBA with a major in Public Relations and Communications from the European University in Barcelona. He obtained his Bachelor degree in Wealth Management from the European University in Barcelona as well. His experience includes working as Export Business Support and Consultant at Robin International Trade in Spain and previously in the sales department at the National Tobacco and Matches Company in Yemen. His business background involves the handling of clients in the construction market, event management services and business development across the EMEA region.
Project Officer/Research & Development
Mr. Abdullah AL-Kirbi joined the Yemen Microfinance Network as Project Officer / Research and Development in May 2017. Mr. Abdullah holds a Bachelor of Business Economics and management from Mendel University in Czech Republic.
Abdullah AL-Kirbi has many experience in the commercial sector, where he worked as a Sales assistant at Qatar Airways. He also worked as a Development and Projects Coordinator for Dom Petroleum Services, as well as business Development and Marketing manager for Fee Food and Raha Group for 4 years.
Abdullah Al Kirbi has received many training courses in establishing small and medium business enterprise as he participated many courses in sales, marketing and business development.
Mr. Ali Moazeb has joined the YMN as an Internal Auditor in September 2016 as the first employee to hold this position. This position was integrated based on the YMN plan to enhance the efficiency and sufficiency of the internal control system.
Mr. Moazeb holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from Sana’a University in 2011. His experience includes teaching English in several institutes such as AFI, ABI and Seeds. His professional experience includes working at Yemenia Airline Company as an Overseas Branches’ Auditor for two years and working as an Auditor at KPMG Company for almost two years.
Mr. Ali currently is preparing MBA at Open University of Malaysia.
Finance & Admin Assistant
Mr. Emad A. Almatari has joined YMN as a Finance & Admin Assistant in June 2017 as the first employee to hold this position.
Mr. Al-Matari graduated with excellent honors bachelor degree in Accounting and Auditing from Sana’a University. He is an experienced trainer in several Accounting Systems in several universities such as Future University and University of Science and Technology as well as Ibda’a center.
His professional experience includes working in Exchange, transfers and Forex organizations. Mr. Al-Matari is a lecturer at the Emirates International University.
Previously he worked as an Auditor at GGI – Geneva Group International
