In a workshop attended by a number of microfinance institutions and programs, YMN discussed and reviewed its training and capacity building plan for 2018 . The discussion also took into account HR plans for MFIs, the priority training programs needed , as well as peer exchange programs between MFIs.
In addition, managers from participating MFIs in Sana’a provided proposals and suggestions to develop the training plan and respond to the current trends in the MF sector.The challenges and obstacles facing MFIs in terms of training and capacity building was also among topics discussed
