YMN concluded a 10 day training program on the Principles of Microfinance that was held in 26th of February in Aden in cooperation with Aden Microfinance Foundation.
The principles of Microfinance is a comprehensive training manual which was developed by YMN to provide intensive and resourceful training for Loan Officer and others who work in the Microfinance sector. The program includes the following topics:
1- The history of Microfinance
2- Corporate culture
3- Loan officers skills
4- Consumer services and market study
5- Accounting for Non-Accountants
6- Credit cycle
The program was delivered by Ms. Nahed Jafaar who is a certified trainer on the program since 2015.
The 10 day program was attended by participants from several MFIs who expressed the importance of such programs that enhances their skills.
