YMN began the training program on Delinquency Management that targets employees of MFIs and Banks working the Microfinance sector. the program aims at providing the participants with the key standards of microfinance delinquency management and how to deal with defaulted loans. Also the training material includes looking at the effects of delinquency management on the organization’s KPIs and financial statements.
The training is being delivered by Shadi Al-Moneefi – Operations manager at the National Microfinance foundation. In this program the training features two training components one if the classroom based trainings as well as field visits and on-site training for the participants with a total of 30 hours of training.
